Awareness and dissemination of information
Objectives
The overall objective is to increase awareness of and raise interest in the project. This shall be done by the use of several media. This means that the work package has the responsibility for making the project and its objectives well known.
Description of work
The work package will consist of the following work:
1. Creating a detailed information plan covering the project lifetime. The plan should be communicated with the reference groups and a final version should be decided by the Project Management Group.
2. Creating and maintaining an Internet web site for the project.
3. Producing brochures describing the project, including putting together presentation materials, for example Power Point presentations. Focus will be set on information on market and user requirements and the benefits from implementation and exploitation of the project results.
4. Planning and preparing presentations of the project at national and international conferences and seminars.
5. Dissemination of information about the project progress at least four times per year by creating and publishing newsletters.
6. Dissemination of information to the established reference groups.
7. Preparing for, and executing, an early stage workshop to publicise the project.
8. Preparing for, and executing, a closing workshop.
